Qubators is a specialized Network for Christian I.T Experts, Software Engineers, Developers and I.T. Enthusiasts who are interested in developing new innovations: apps, platforms and software engineering for the propagation of the Gospel.

Our areas of interest are vast: from Fintech solutions to social media apps, and more, which promote the reach of our electronic distribution, automated translations platforms and much more.

Qubators is aimed at creating cutting-edge innovations and technology for the propagation of the Gospel in these last days, through a network of skilled tech volunteers.

The core vision behind the Qubators network is to challenge technical minds into action towards building innovations for the propagation of the Gospel and improvement of human life (meeting needs)

The Qubators’ Network provides a platform that allows Christian IT Professionals an opportunity to use their expert skills to collaborate and develop innovative technology solutions. Solutions that will facilitate speedy spread of the Gospel while also giving attention to providing solutions to everyday living, to power industries, engineer change and development globally.

We do these by organizing global Tech Conferences, seminars, meet-ups and competitions that allow members to thrive and make global impact through developing of innovative tech solutions to tackling problems facing various communities through technology.

Experienced Centre Manager
  • Responsibilities

  • Develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities
  • Collect and analyze call-center statistics
  • Assume responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses
  • Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards
  • Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures
  • Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)
  • Prepare reports for different departments or upper management
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as call center manager or similar position
  • Experience in customer service is required
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
  • Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures
  • Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability

  • Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of project management and related experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
